1. Cancellation
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

2. Refunds
• We do not offer refunds in the original payment method.
• Refunds, if applicable, will only be provided in the form of SIA Wallet credit, which can be used for future purchases.

3. Eligibility for Refunds (SIA Wallet Credit)

Refunds in the form of SIA Wallet credit will only be applicable in the following cases:
1. Product Damage During Delivery – If the product is received in damaged condition.
2. Ring Size Issue – Refunds will only be applicable for size issues of rings.

4. Non-Eligibility for Refunds/Returns
• If the product tag is removed, we are under no obligation to accept a return or issue a refund.
• Refunds are not applicable for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product, or other personal preferences.
• Customized or personalized products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

5. Return Procedure (If Applicable)
• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photos/videos as proof of damage or size issue.
• Our team will verify and confirm eligibility for a refund in the form of SIA Wallet credit.

6. Final Decision
• SIA by Abhushan reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund and return requests.
